Question 2001 302cic & Dinan chip?

Been thinking about doing the Dinan download/chip for improved performance on my 2001 325ci convertible.
I'm gun shy with chips, though, had a MAJOR horror story when I had a SuperChip installed in my Mustang.
WHAT was/is your experience with Dinan downloads/chips?
Was rhere a difference you could "feel"?
Any problems?
I e-mailed Dinan but never received a reply, not a good sign.
Thanks

Chip does a little, but when you add the chip, intake and exhaust you will definately notice the difference.
