noise when turning right FIX

the rear transaxle mount is the cause for the growling sound.This is located inside the driverside wheelwell.Turn your wheel all the way to the left & you can see it.Use jack & put pressure on the trans,loosen the two nuts (do not remove).Lower the jack just a little,center the two studs in the rubber mount w/your finger(push them towards the engine compartment).Jack the trans back up & tighten nuts to 33 ft lbs.I found this was a service bulletin in 1998. Them studs/nuts need to be moved towards the engine compartment around 1/8 "or so.
