Fuel Line

Anyone know where the fuel lines and the fuel injector are?

and if you could, give a descripiton of the lines, and don't tell me just to get under the car and follow the lines from the gas tank.

Re: Fuel Line

The fuel lines start at the top of the fuel tank, run along the drivers side frame rail and come up into the engine bay at the drivers side rear corner of the engine. Some go straight to a throttle body fuel injector or Sequential Central Point Injection fittings on top of the motor.
The Central Point Injection system has fuel lines that actually go inside the intake manifold at the rear of the motor before connecting to the fuel injector.

There are 2 fuel lines in the frame rail, the one with a fuel filter is the one going to the fueler and the other one is a fuel return line for fuel that gets bypassed in the fuel injection process and gets sent back to the fuel tank.
