remote keyless sensor

i just bought a 2002 kia spectra and i can't seem to find the button to reset the alarm system. ive read in several places that it should be in between the gas pedal and the shifter box, between the carpet and plastic... i cant find it anywhere. can anyone tell me where this button is? i finally have a car and i can't drive it because the alarm goes off and drains my battery and i cant find the button to reset it. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Re: remote keyless sensor

i have no idea what you are talking about, but until someone comes along that does, just pull the fuse or take the wires off the alarm.
