SOHC to DOHC??

hi guys,

newbie here. I am planning to swap my (EXCEL 97' model) single cam head cylinder to DOHC cylinder head, thus, whether it is a possible project? It might involve the pulley and the wiring stuffs...

Pls guide me if you guys have done this modification before... Cheers
