Exclamation random acts of startimg!!!

1998 chevy suburban would not start and it was not getting any gas = but it started the next day...got it home and would not start again. just went out and it fired up first try again!!?!! what is the deal? one ironic thing is we just had oil/lube service and the last time we had it done the same thing happened and we replaced the fuel pump. any way this is some how relevant? please any thoughts would be appreciated - thanks.

What you were experiencing was the same thing that happened to me 2 months ago. It stopped on me @ Best Buy. Then I went in and came out. It started right away, drove home. Then the next morning to work it started , I drove to work on the freeway then it died. In my case it was the fuel pump. I checked the pressure and it was low @ 10 psi. Hope this helps.

Check your fuel pressure and if that's good check you fuel pump relay.
