eclipse lost power
hey every one i have a 1991 eclipse gsx turbo awd. automatic. the other day i was gonna put a altunater pulley on my car and the belts sliped im not sure if the timming did or not but the car runs like shit now. first problem is it stalls when i stop, it lost about half it's power and the turbo does not wind up very high. it also skipes a little when i am just driving. please halp if you know what it might be.

WELCOME TO AF. if the timing belt slipped its the timing and when you fix it post back if it helped to see if the timing being off screwed anything up.

hey so i fixed the timming and took off the power steering belt and it ran alwsome. then it skippen timming again and fixed it again and it ran good at times and other times it felt like it might be getting to much gas and it would kinda stall. then i just stock a evo 16g turbo in it and it have even less power. it makes no sence to me if any one knows what might be wrong please help
