stock amp input/output?

I just got a 05 GTI with the monsoon system with the amp.
I am getting the phatnoise instead of the cd changer.
I want to be able to hook another amp with a woofer to the radio.
does anyone know what wires are the inputs to the amp so I don't mess up the output side of it? I don't want to send a boosted signal to the new amp.
