1998 Century Cluster

Just bought this car today for CHEAP.

The radio has been stolen out of it, and all the wires for the stereo are hanging out of the hole for the stereo. I taped them all up seperately.

The instrument cluster doesn't seem to be working. won't light up when headlights are on, and digital odometer isn't working.

Could it have something to do with the radio being taken out? checked fuse box and relay center.

The cluster lights like "service engine soon" bla bla bla come on and shut off like normal, however the gauges aren't moving or lighting up at all.

HELP! Want to get this thing on the road ASAP!
