Volume Adjust on Steering Wheel

Hey whats up everyone?! Do you guys know the volume control on the steering wheel, like that come on the CL's and stuff? Its on the opposite side of the Cruise Control. Would it be possible to put it in my 99 civic? I dont know it's just a cool little thing i'd like to add to my car hehe...also IF it is possible can you hook it up to an aftermarket headunit? I have a pioneer deh 5200, cause those things are usually hooked up to the stock radio...so I was just wondering if it could be hooked up to an aftermarket one. It looks pretty easy, just screw it on to the steering wheel...but how would I connect it? If anyone has any info pls post! Or if anyone knows someone who has done it let me know! Thanks alot!

Pioneer makes one...

I have a pioneer head unit in my car as well, the P730 premier version. It came with a steering wheel remote that comes in handy. Mine is placed right above the cruise control area because it seems easier to push the buttons there (volume's on the flip side). I think that it works with most pioneer head units and you could probably find one on ebay.

You can find that at www.autotoys.com. [both aftermarket brand (ie. Pioneer) or universal remotes]
