94 Cherokee Headlight

the head lights on my Cherokee wont turn off, I have checked the fusses cleaned the leads on the headlamp and finally removed the switch and they remain on, any ideas on where to go from here would be great.

I am having tghe same problem. I believe it is the headlight delay timer but I am tring to find out how to bypass it. If anybody know, please fill me in.
