How to repair chipping clear coat?

I have a 1995 MX6, and there are spots on the car where the clear coat is bubbling and chipping off. It doesn't go down to the paint, but it looks bad. Does anyone know a way to fix this short of painting the entire car? Thanks.

take it to a detail shop see what they say or u can wet sand it
