strange sound at tank/gascap
At idle or driving I can hear a sound like someone blowing thru a conch shell or a whale. I have replaced the gas cap. You can hear it real well at the cap,it's vacume being released. A loud moan/groan.Anyone familiar w/this problem?

Nope never heard of that one, however, I chase down my funny noises with a 30" fuel line hose. Stick a plug, or wad of tissue in one ear, and one end of the hose in the other. Push the other end of the hose around until you pinpoint exactly where that noise is coming from. I'm not kidding, this works! Try torquing on the three screws around the filler cap if you think the noise is coming from the gas tank.
