Cool Countor in the mix

All this happend about 8 months ago)
I have a stock countor with a smashed hood at the time.(Do to steel bumper of truck 3 weeks before) I was driving home from work at about 2 am on 35. I pulled to a stop light and what puuls up next to me? A civic. Dude looks at me and starts reving like he wants to race. Prolly thought i was an easy win. Well i had never street raced before so i was eager to go. Light turned Green and we where off for the first about 5-10 sec we where neck and neck well about 10 more sec went buy and the dude was about 3-4 cars lengths behind me we continued about another 30 sec when we both got busted. Sence I never had a ticked before i got off with just speeding, but he got his for racing. So I not only one I got the smaller fine too. However i did lose my licens for 2 months. The civic I think had a muffler that makes it sound like it will go and thats about it. I have not raced sence.[/font]

Re: Countor in the mix

I'll just go ahead and ask the question...

what the fuck is a countor?

EDIT: Or do you mean. Contour? Like... as in Ford Contour?

That's what I'm guessing it is. Otherwise, I'm at a loss of words. It's no surprise you beat a Civic. Almost everyone here has. If not, everyone has. Sucks you got busted. I would invest in a radar detector. Those things are worth the money greatly.

Re: Countor in the mix

He means, Contour. I hate people that cant spell it.

If you have an ATX Zetec, What kinda civic?

ATX or MTX duratecs are quick, but the ATX duratec is about as quick as a MTX zetec.
