'90 topaz dies

Need advies.
When this car runs it may stop at any place.Try to start it again it is just cranking. The weather is very humid and we had some heavy rain.
Right now it is just cranking. I did not start to trouble shout. Please give me some advice.
1 Is it a fuel problem? I do not run this car much and is outside.
Is there moisture in the fuel? Fuel filter was never replaced.(90,000 miles). Or other fuel problems?
Or do I start on checking Sparkplugs, cables and/or other elec. problems.

check fuel pump, lines, filter.... then injectors, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and the rotor inside. If you're cranking you definitely have juice in your battery so it's not electrical... unless the fuze to your fuel pump blew or something related to that... g luck...
