Re: Rims

I've seen similar rims on a 3000gt and they looked hot....just realize chrome only looks good when clean.

Re: Rims

Ughh so true about the chrome, clean looks ecelent but you have to wipe off the grime that magically gets on it when driving every day.

Re: Rims

I actually like the stock 5 spoke chrome wheels and the stock 6 spoke non directional ones I have now. I wouldn't go chrome if I was buying aftermarket wheels though, gunmetal looks very nice on most of the styles I like.

Re: Rims

true it looks nice but you do realize the width these rims come in? the biggest is 7.5"... very skinny. it will loook nice from the side but dorky from the back... i think the stocks are 8" - 8.5"
i have a freind that runs a tire and rim pro shop and he has a lot of ideas for our cars, if youd like me to get some ideas... you want to at least stick with 8" width... im goin to a 8.5" mabey a 9"
i found soke bad looking volks that are 17" x 9" and thast what i want.
i would stick with VOLKS, BBS, VOXX rims
unless your all look...
there is many thing to consider when buying rims not just look... unless thats all your about... there is weight and tires to worry about... 18" rims look nice but tires are very expensive and hard to find... weight is a big thing to... then as i said before the thickness... my bro has a GST and he got some 18"x7.5" ENKIES and they look nice from side but from the back just horrible...

Re: Rims

i don't think those would fit, 17x7 is too narrow. You need 17x8.5 or 17x9
