Engine compartment
All right I'm looking at making my Eclipse a turbo and have noticed the small intercoolers that the stock turbo's had. I think if I can find one at a junkyard or something I may get it to start then upgrade when I have the $. I know my car was a turbo at first but I don't know if the intercooler was left in when the engine was swapped and I really have no idea where anything went. Is there a site out there that has pictures of the engine bay and where things went anywhere?

the stock intercooler is located in front of the right front tire. it's kinda hard to see unless the engine is out. you can see it from inside the wheel-well if you take out the plastic liner.

K well that's one part of what I'm looking for now to see if it's still in my car and if not if the mounts are there. But what about how the turbo and other miscellaneous parts connected and bracketed and whatnot.

Umm not that great since weather over here is hot. So i keep boost at like 16 psi or 17. I know its getting heat soaked with this weather. My intercooler is in UPS hands as we speak.
