Question Spark Plugs Where Are They I Need Serious Help Now....

Ive Been Trying To Change These Plugs Forever, Ok I Have A 2001 Ga 2.4l Se

When You Go Under The Hood You Have A Plate With 4 Bolts And It Says 2.4l Twin Cam

I Removed The Four Bolts Unpplugged The Plug To The Right Of That And Removed The Plate, Underneath The Plate There Is This White Plastic Thing And There Are 4 Shiny Tips That Look Plike The End Of Spark Plugs And There Are Four Bolts At The Bottom Of The Plastic Part I Removed Those 4 Bolts And Inside There Is Just Some Device Ignition Somthin Err Other, I Out That All Back Together, I Thought The Plugs Were In There, But Anyways Where Are The Plugs I Know Ther Are Plugs Cause Underneath The Plate It Is Spark Plug Torque 13ft/lbs But Are There Other Things I Need To Remove Inside The Where The Plate Sits And The Four Shiny Tips Connect Into Four Slots Inside That Have Coils In Them, That Is As Much As I Know And I Cant Figure Out Wher The Plugs Sit, I Have Asked Others Before And I Thought The Plugs Were Underneath The Plate In That One Thing, Anyways,

Kidlex, it's Hoags again, Sorry we got you confused. Yor are on the right track. Once you remove the cover and the white plastic thing with the silver tips and rubber tubes that are about 4" long the spark plugs are what the rubber tubes plug into down in the valley that the cpver plate covers. If you look down into the center of the valley you will see 4 circles with silver tips in the center those are your plugs. silde your spark plug socket in the circle ofer the silver tip. You may have to turn the socket untill it slips on to the spark plug nut. put your ratchet wrench on your socket and remove.

Thanks, I'm working with Lidlex off forum. He became confused by all of our explainations because the wires did not come off with the ignition housing so we were telling him to look for things that he just didn't see what we were saying.
He has e-mailed pics of his ride and I yhink that he should see it now,
