90 Accord, need help

Got a buddy with a 90 Accord EX. Has a constant miss at idle, sputter through all gears and speed. Idle only fluxuates by 50-100 RPM so it's not really searching. Changed, Dizzy cap, rotor, plugs and wires, Adjusted timing to spec, Checked all vac hoses and all sensor connections plus wires. Previous engine code was 73, but wiped ECU 200 miles ago and never came back. Recent one came up 7, cleared ECU and going to see if it's going to return for a better confirmation.

You guys have any possible clues, info please LMK. Thanks in advance.

Re: 90 Accord, need help

I don't know Honda codes, so I'm no help there, and not sure what you mean by sputter, but it sounds like it's sucking air to me. You try a spray bottle of water, mist around the intake and see if you've got a bad gasket or intake manifold crack?
