No Power to gauges

I have a 2004 Ford Econoline van that has no power to the gauges, radio, power windows, yet all of the fuses check out ok both under the hood and in the interior fuse panel. Any ideas?

after you start the van , perhaps the ignition switch is not returning all the way to the run position, Or a problem with ign switch.????
