Angry another dumb ?

will a 95 s-10 starter fit in a 89 i can get it up in the spot but when i put the bolts it they go in sometimes and it really starting 2 piss me off

How about checking out whether it will fit that application instead of trying to force feed a starter than probably is not meant for your truck.

my guess would be no, if it doesnt bolt in, buy a new one or one from a j yard, starters arent something i would reccomend force fitting or pursuading on, it should be a bolt on leave alone item
