CPI was 92-95 for the record...

Simply remove the VORTEC cover (T25 torx), the throtle bracket (2 8mm bolts) Disconnect all the sensor wires, the 3/8th vac hose at the brake booster and the 1/4 vac hose on the back of the upper plenum. Remove all the nuts/bolts around the outside of the plenum (9 10mm) and set aside.

Lift off plenum. You might have to yank a little hard if it's the oem gasket. Set aside. Take 6 paper towels, roll into balls and stuff them into the intake ports. (This prevents dropping anything down them) Squeeze the release on the injector harness and lift straight up.

Remove the U-clip on the driver's side of the injector and slowly pull the lines out.

Squeeze the side tabs of each poppet and pull firmly out.

Lift injector out. Install in reverse...

Make sure you scrape the surface of the upper and lower plenum mating surfaces clean for the new gasket.

I also reccomend replacing the nut kit while you're in there. It's not expensive and it will make it so you don't have to do in there again if the lines crack...
