heat shield rattle...??

Im getting a weak rattle/squeak on hard accels about 3-4000 rpms... obviously coming from up front in there, real similiar to what ive heard as loose heat shields in other vehicles. Sound familiar to anyone??

is it weather triggered... bc with the heat shield i know they expand and contract with weather and heat and cold which causes them to rattle... thats what i would quess

So far winter through spring wet through dry the ratttle is the same and consistent... im more curious which one it is if someone has ran into this before and if/if not its removable...?
