Injecter Pulse problems
The other day i was driving my car and all of a sudden my check engine light came on and made a click sound and my car shut right off.I tried starting it up, it was turning....just not turning over. I waited about a hour and it started back up and it ran fine. I got about a half a mile from my frinds house and it died on me and would NOT start up, so i had it towed to the guy that JUST did my engine swap. Hes had my car for about 3 days and he says hes taken and checked ALL the wires and he says everything is fine and all the sencers are fine, everything reads normal, but for some reason after running for a half an hour it just shuts off. He says whatever it is its cause the car to have no injecter pulse. He says it might be the computer cause when he hooked up to it he got some funky readings. Anybody have any problems like this ?

Is the new engine the same as the old one, such as year, displacement, etc?

Well, i ordered a new ECU from ecudirect.com. Total came out to $550 but then i send my old one in i get 150 back, free second day shipping. So this should take care of the problem
