Reverse Indiglo guages....CX?

ok, after riding in my friends 2001(2?) VW...i fell in love with his indiglo guages. ive been searching and searching for months now, but cannot find them for my car (CX cluster - no tach) its gotten to a point where ive considered buying an entire new guage cluster from a DX or something. anyone know where the hell i can find these? dont bother suggesting sparq, i know he has them, but he is too elite and condescending to tell me where he got them, or who makes them. i get the "im a dealer bla bla bla" response, he doesnt want someone to have the same thing as him, even tho i live 10 states away. SO, anyone know where to find reverse indiglo guages for a 92 cx?
any help is appreciated greatly. hell, ill even paypal you 5$ for finding them.

'preciate it.

And then both of you guys w/ you sewing maching powered cars get passed by a moped w/ a 5hp Engine and he goes on to put 5 car lengths on you. Racing an EX vs a DX is like a 10 speed bike vs a golden retriever.

Well they are called "VW reverse indiglo guages". I found them at www.asylumms.com but i wouldnt recommend buying from them because i heard there online stuff sucks. Luckily i only live 20 minutes away from asylum so i can walk in and buy Stuff. Anywhere you look they are gonna be about $80. Good luck finding them tho.

If your gonna swap the DX cluster then you might as well swap in the EX/Si one so you have a tach....and plus you can find indiglos for them.

yeah, im gonna look into it..only problem being the redline on the tach will be like 2k rpms higher than mine, which would bug me. my brother is gonna check out beaver honda for me in nc by where i used to live, and see about getting me one there. im now seeing the DX manual reverse indiglo's on ebay that actually look just like my cluster...so i guess those would work. another problem i have with swapping the cluster, the odometer will be incorrect. , and apparently its illegal to roll it back (or...probably forward in my case )

Dude the Cx gauges and Dx gauges are both the same thing. Just get some for a Dx and they'll work fine.

Damn I'm jealous. After seeing Mr. Dealer Man's gauges up close, I want some too. But the bastard took my color pattern. It's cool, I'll make him do up mine the same way. :finger:

But put up some pictures when you get them in.

i never really liked the painted dash look too much, but im REALLY feelin his.. makes me want to do it myself, but i dont know about what colour...its a red car, i dont know that i'd want white really in the interior, being its got black everything else, but maybe it'd work. actually now that i think about it, my friend kevin's hatchback was red w/ white painted interior stuff too, and it looked good...so maybe thats what im gonna do. white accent, and i'd like to get a different guage bezel (not painted, but actually buy one)
definatly have pictures up in a week or two, when i get them installed. ahhhh i love my digital camera (no film processing == more money for cars + computers)
painting and new guages....sounds like a project for the first weekend of april!
