will a stock yz85 outrun a stock 660r raptor

ya...85 and 660 is a HUGE difference!!! You WILL get smoked big time. Not just from top speed, but definatly off the line as well!!!

a raptor does have a powerband but not like a 2 stroke and it doesnt have the pull but your yz WILL get him off the start for about 10 ft lol but then the raptor will take off and tell him hes lieing there is no way a stock raptor will go 92 on black top because they top out at like 73 or 75 or something like that i have ther artical or you can just look it up. i rode a 04 last week i meen they are fast but not no 92 mph lol 92 mph hahha ya rite

my yz85 ran 80mph beside my dads trans am no lie i couldnt believe it i almost past out when he told me he outran me by about 6 inches so i was probly doing about 78 mph thanks for yalls replies

With alternate gearing just about any bike can do 80mph... gearing is a compromise of top end vs. acceleration

you can say that again, i used to have these really really tall gears in my bike, but i swithced them out for something a litle more practicle and now i cant get the front end to sit on the ground...... it is so much fun

and the raptor will outrun the 85 but it wont do 90

I clocked my son's '04 YZ85 at 76 mph. The Raptor 660 barely tops out at 70 mph. In a drag race down a dirt road, the Raptor got the start but once the YZ power band kicked it was close but in the end he passed the Raptor and all the Raptor did was eat dust.

Our '03 Honda CR250R does 95 mph and Raptors can't keep up with me on the sand dunes. All they do is eat roost. Plus any Quad is a rotten
freestyle machine. Try jumping a 30 foot sand dune with one. lol.
