Angry 98 Cavy brake/turn light not workin

Hey
im am new to this, so please excuse any dumb questions.
Here is the problem
i noticed that i was having problems with my turning signal (only the left)
it would sometimes, blink very fast, sometimes, very slow, sometimes the actual blinker light would stay on for hours on my cluster.
finally it just pretty much stopped workin. My right blinker works just fine though. now when i pull the handle to turn left, all i hear is a loud buzzin, almost like an alarm sound coming from under the stearing wheel, by the break pedal... I also realized that my break light is not working on the left side of the car... when i step on the break the right break light, and the right part of the mound (window) light work. So i figured maybe i need to replace the bulbs. I went and replaced the bulb on the rear left and when i took out the light, there was some brown crud on there, wich i cleaned up as much as poissible, but i doint think the socker is dead because of the crub because if its dead, it wouldnt light up the bulb at all. It works, the bulbs goes on, it just doesnt go extra brioght for the break
and the blinker doesnt work in the back either or the little yellow light in the fromnt. So i also went and replaces some of the fuses and still nothing... right now i dont know what it could be
could someone help ? thanks
