Need Advice on 1998 328i model

Hi

I am considering buying a used 1998 328i with only 40,000 miles. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about that years model...any problems or things I should know?

Thanks!

I own a '97 328i which is the exact same car. Currently I am in the process of modifying it. The car is awesome!!! I love it. I live in an average sized town, about 50K people, and I haven't lost a street race yet! You definitely chose a good car. I say go for it, even if you're not into mods, the car is still a luxury car and pretty quick for a stock car. Also it's very reliable. Good luck with your new Bimmer.

My next day neighbore has the same car, and he has almost 150000 miles on it. Definately a good choice.
