Recently Completed

Just finished these a little while ago, luckily a friend of mine took the pics for me at the last model club meeting.

1993 Toyota Celica ST-185 Rally Car- painted Toyota Super White II, with photoetch racing harness. My only real complaint with the kit is the fit of the larger body decals, otherwise very nice, typical Tamiya quality.

Polar Light's Herbie the Love Bug VW Beetle, with bare metal foil chrome trim. I was very suprised what a nice kit this was, being a snap kit. Painted Duplicolor Classic White

Revell's Chevy SSR - I only bought the kit because 1)Our club has a "Build the same kit" theme coming up, and someone chose this kit, and 2)Hopefully someone will make some Indy Pace Car decals for it, so I can add it to my pace car collection. It was a better quality than typical Revell kits, but about average. Oh and none of the underhood decals are accurate to the real car.

And a 98% done 89 Toyota MR2 Supercharged

Sweet cars!
Held the love bug in my hands just the other day. Maybe it can follow me home the next visit at the LHS.

What all pacecars do you have done? I'm trying to do an "anniversary addition" collection (35th Camaro, 40th Vette, etc)

I also have a 2002 35th Camaro I finished a couple months ago, and a 35th Trans Am in-progress.

For pace cars, I have
-78 Corvette
-82 Camaro
-84 Fiero
-89 Trans Am
-91 Dodge Stealth (ALMOST paced Indy)
-98 Corvette

Pretty much just needs paint and decals, I'm just having trouble finding a decent match in a spray can.

Thanks for the compliments so far!
