Question 99 Cavalier z24

I recently purchased a 99 z24 which has some modifications done to it already. Carbon fiber hood and lowered. It looks as tho there were some engine mods done as well.

1.)My first problem is with the lights. Headlights low and high beam work fine. The problem is all the other lights. My left turn signal blinks 10 times faster then the right, then on top of that the fog lights and the park lights don't work. Checked the fused I see none that are out. Wondering about the switch on itself?

2.)I also had problems with sputtering and wanting to stall at idle, we quickly figured out it was a problem with the O2 sensor and fixed it, Or so we thought. The running rough problem was fixed but the idle problem still remains. It idles at just over 500 on the tach if you rev to around 700 or so it smooths out just fine. I've only had it stall once. I'm wondering if with the engine modifcations that were done if the timing is off?

Any thoughts would be great.

Yeah, you could have a burnt out bulb somewhere. There are 2 signal lights for each side in the front.

As for the idle problem, could be idle air control (IAC) or maybe a vacuum leak.
