Struts vs Coilovers.. Tein/HnR or Koni/Tokico WHATS BETTER

i'm sure that this has been discussed severla times over, but i just need to know... couldn't find the exact answer i was looking for.

what's better and why:

COILOVERS:
Tein Flex vs. H&Rs or other?

STRUTS:
KONI vs. TOKIKO LUMINAS

Re: Struts vs Coilovers.. Tein/HnR or Koni/Tokico WHATS BETTER

True coilovers are far better than a spring/strut setup because the coilovers were designed and engineered to work together at all ranges of settings. Where a Tokico Illumina has nothing in common with H&R springs, for instance.

I prefer H&R, Toda racing makes good stuff.

Koni hands down is the best strut out there, there are for nice racing struts available but at a cost of $3000+ just for struts I don't even consider then unless your a funded race team.
