Question runs, losespower at3/4 pedal down idle is all over the place

My 93 geo loses power when pedal is 3/4 down like it is flooding out.when this happens it idles high. when the power is there it idles okay .These are what has been replaced cap rotor wires plugs. throttle position sensor, fuel pressure regulator. timing belt. Timing is on the mark no vac leaks and compression is good this car has nver left me stranded and has always started when it was under a snow bank at-40 below temps it has 188,000 on the od. and doesnt burn oil or leak. I am racking my brain trying to figure this one out????

replace the fuel filter (under car by tank) check fuel pressure. do you have any error codes when you check them (see other messages for method)

If all that hasn't worked, check the key in the crank that holds the timing sprocket in place. Your marks can line up because the belt holds them in time, but if the key starts to shear then the crank is not actually in time.
It takes some effort and manhours, but might be the answer.

Do you have access to a Tech 1 ECM scanner? It would be interesting to see what it would say about your fuel mixture and throttle position...
