94 camaro Z28 problems

Well to start i just bought my camaro for like 1100 bucks. It needed head gaskets and a little body work which is now done. Now after replacing the head gaskets the engine runs extremely rough when idling and it is extremely hard to start when it is hot. It cranks over for about 10-15 seconds before it starts. I can't figure out what the problem is. Any help would be great

Who put on the head gasket and have you run a vacuum test on it?.
