Well, technically you can make anything fit. But it won't fit without modification if that's what you're asking.

yeah u have to mod it because hatchback has the metel strip that goes under the head lights and a crx dosent.

i put a CRX front bumper on my hatch, you are gonna need to do more than just remove that metal filler piece between the headlights and the bumper. the bumper support is different, so that needs to be changed. and the bumper doesnt match up to the civic fenders, so either do some fiberglass work to make them match up, or change over to CRX fenders, which will require you to either cut and weld the lower rear part of the fenders, or get sideskirts that cover that area (like the mugen/wingswest ones do)
