05 ram 1500 increasing mileage
I just bought an 05 Ram 1500 with 4.7l. I do mainly highway driving with a little 4X4ing on sites (oilfield). My question is which chips (if any) are better for mileage than power? I don't want to lose too much power, but want to up the mpg's. Is there any other tricks anyone can recommend?

depends on how much you're willing to spend but you can go to www.superchips.com, they have a nice performance upgrade for 4.7 V8s, cold air intakes from www.bullydog.com, all that can add 20+ HP and can increase fuel mileage. If you want an exhaust, get a Borla cat back b/c Flowmaster is too loud and at 70 MPH, the sound is deafening but Borla's exhaust is crisp & loud, but not deadening at highway speeds.
