Thumbs down 96 grand am se power windows problem

okay heres my problem:

I bought my 4 door 96 grand am se back in june of 04. when i bought it all of the power windows worked almost fine EXEPT the rear drivers window. the front passenger window didnt work but after messing with the switch it works great. the front drivers window worked but had trouble going up. and the rear passenger window worked great. the problem with the rear drivers window was this ... when u got it to go down it would only go down like half way ... then when putting it back up it would jsut stop about 4 inches front the top. to get it to goo all the way up I would have to turn the car off and back on a few times and help the window up.

then over the summer more problems came with the windows. the rear passenger window did the same as the rear drivers window but after getting it up in never went back down. the front drivers window would go down about 2 inches and then stop... then a few minutes later it would go down about 2 more inches... after getting about half way down it wouldnt go no more. the window did the same going up (goes up 2 inches then stops then a few minutes later goes up 2 more inches until all the way up) .

so my question is what could be doing this. could it be the switches because i really dont think its the motors because whats the chance of 3 going out in jsut 3 monthes. please help me.
thx - travis
