form over function or function over form

just wondering about what i should do to my car first and the best way i can put it is form over function, or function over form?

get some TEIN HA's first and then get better tires for your stock wheels, or get wheels and tires (17inch). this is form and function.

next up is your front strut bar (top).
then intake
then exhaust
then vafc

Future mods: dressup wheels with Potenza S03 225/45/17 tires, TurboXS UTec, maybe an uppipe. by then, it'll be fast enough.

IMHO, always let form follow function.

Elegant, precise function is always beautiful.

Form without function is graceless and turgid.
