cannister

happened to be under the hood looking at something else and noticed the cannister with the vacuum lines hanging..when i shook it (to see where it bounces and what it was hitting while driving) i noticed it had liquid in it...is this normal?

supposed to be full of charcoal, sounds like it either has gas or water in it
