first, get some high octane engine starter, poor some MMO (marvel mystery oil) in the rotor chamber by the sparkplug holes and turn the crank, do this to get some oil in every rotor chamber, it will prevent carbon lock and over heat when you'll try to start the engine after a day or two of crank turning once in a while.

make sure the cats arnt cloged, if they still exist, lol

A small problem with that suggestion..

The 81 FB was carb'd, so it would not have an engine INJ fuse..

Just a little "gee whiz" info for ya.

New battery (doesn't have to be NEW, but a nice strong one is good.)
Get rid of that old gas in there.
A little MMO in the rotor chambers, crank it a bit. Then new plugs. Finally, pray!

Thanks everyone

Got it running, smoked like crazy for about 10 minutes but is idling well and oil pressure is right where it should be. Now, the restoration will begin.
