Well, you will begin to spot them more and more now that you're a believer! I know that since I bought mine and have learned all about them I've spotted MAYBE a dozen (both P10's and P11's) in my area. They still are rather rare creatures. I mean, how often is it that you see a G20 versus a Honda Civic or even a Nissan Maxima???

And that new "trend" must only be a silly Canadian thing, cause I don't think I've seen ANY like that around here.

Thats probably 'cause your lookin 4 'em now.
Although, there seems to be alot of GZ from Toronto/Canada in the forum, way 2 reprezent you Canucks(sp?) you!!
Since you just got yours, those 20 peeps you saw most likely said the same thing when they saw you.

Tangie~ we won't see them around here(PA) ( thank God ) 'cause it's illegal.
But I've seen it in Florida--always good 4 a laugh!

Hey Fabius, if you see a red g with white wheels, it's me .

It's true what is said .. once you get your G, you notice them more often. I've seen a good chunk of them on the roads, but all of them were pure stock, so nothing to worry about .

I swear.. one day I was driving and lol .. I saw this car, I dont remember what it was, but it had no hood and no doors and it was on the road.. I nearly died laughing - the weirdest thing. I think it's a Toronto thing Fabius. I think what you might be seeing Fabius is the clear hoods .. the see through ones, so it looks like they don't have a hood.

I bought my G20 after 2 weeks, when it came out again in '99. So i had about 6 mths of "TIGHTNESS" associated to my ride, since body had it. Well nobody still has a G20. Im indian (From India, not the American Indian one) and EVERY indian either has a Accord or Camry, or Beemers or Lexuses. But nobody in my age group, im 21 has a G.

Ha ha. Dave barry did a census article once and here's an excerpt:

Q. What are my choices regarding my race?

A. You may choose from any of the following federally approved races: Black, White, Beige, Blush, Bisque, Asian, Latino, Caucasian, Person of Color, African American, Native American Indian, Spaniard, Original Hawaiian, Asian Minor, Native Alaskan, Person of Density, Indian Indian from India, Caucasian Asian Hawaiian, Hispano-African-Alaskan Native Indian, Ohioan, Native Hawaiian Tourist, Munchkin, Italian Samoan, Wisenheimer and Presbyterian. Or, if you prefer, you may invent your own race, and the government will create a large bureaucracy to keep track of you.

I too have been noticing the G's but that because a new semester started up and a whole bunch of kids just moved into town. St. George is a weird place, it's a retirement/college town so 50% of the people are 60 and over and the other half are 25 or under.

Hence: NOBODY knows how to drive here!

Welcome fellow Torontonian G-man,
Truss me when u own a G you start looking for them. I bought my first P10 about 4 years ago and this older guy(40yrs old family man) bought the same car. Then two months after him this next pappa bought the identical metallic blue purple G to the tits identical. Anyhow I bought another G Champagne and now this next guy moves in and who would have known it hes got a black p10.
I think all and all I had the first Infiniti in my area. Now there are 10 p10s and one p11 all in a 5km radius.
Go figure , anyways enjoy ur ride bro

Yeah

I figure than your brain only acknowledges what you like. So if you are driving or thinking about a G20, as you drive around your brain is like:

...german car, american car, american car, japanese car, american car, japanese car, japanese car, german car,
[RED FLAG] P10 INFINITI G20 [/RED FLAG]
german car, american car, american car, japanese car, american car, japanese car, japanese car, german car...

They probably have always been around, but you didn't acknowledge them as being important.

Lot of Hondas up in PA, huh?

One day I got board I started to count how many Hondas were in the garage underneath my dorm, It was about half Honda, mostly 90~93 body styles. But when your out driving it is mostly european cars and SUVs. Lot of Volvos. I love Volvo. I miss my Volvo

Please, 'round my way everyone has a "San Francisco Treat-ed" Civic or Integra. Then you'll see some Escalades w/ dubs, BMdubs, and did I mention Civics?

Not too many G20' (esp. P!!'s). I see a good amount of I30's and Q45's, mostly old headz drivin', but I give 'em the thumbs up!

Peace!
