future redline owner

would the stock redline be enough for someone whos wanting a lil somethin to show off with but not nesseccarily(sp) something to race with? also whats this i hear about some sorta optional engine upgrade for 5grand that pushes 260hp with a saab 2.2. is it worth payin the up grade or did i just hear wrong on this any way. lastly i cant find wich thread i read it in but someone said that a turbo would work better that the stock supercharger or maybe vice versa. something about the stock piece is hopding it back from its potentional. either way im not really lookin to race, just show off a lil. so i might not even do all the upgrades and after mods but still gathering some info just incase.
