Welcome to AF carz

Sorry to bust your bubble, but these are old pictures and are known to be fakes. Which is a good thing since no one seems to like it:finger:

There is still hope. The coupe GT-R version won't be out for at least another 6 months. As I recall the GT-R for when the R34 came out a year after the 4 door. (I think)

I just hope that Nissan is planning to completely separate their grand tourer from the rest of the Skyline models. Heck, I probably don't even need to hope, seeing how it is that Toyota and Honda are upping the level of their GT-class production monsters, especially Toyota with confirmed rumors of a V8 or better.

Car & Driver recently announced that Nissan plans for their next GT-R to have around 400hp+, in their column about Japan's near obsolete, unwritten, max-horsepower law for production autos.

Well it does sound like they are seperating the two lines to distinguish the GT-R as a real world competitor. Does kind of bite tho since I really really love the name Skyline
Oh well call it a "Infinity GT-R" if they like, I'll just get a Skyline badge put on it anyway

Guess we'll have to wait and see if Igor has to make a GT-R column under the Infinity side
