exhaust sytem for 91 civic

i want an new exhaust system for my 91 civic hatchback 1.4L. What system will give a nice sound and a bit more power but not too expensive? cheerz

Depends on how much you want to spend. You could get a Skunk2 cat-back for a little over $400. Or you could have one fabricated by your local exhaust shop for about half that...

different brands make an axle-back direct bolt-on. they range from $240 being the expensive.

very minimal gains - i doubt you'd get 5-10 hp with simply an exhaust, maybe 2-3, if that much? But if you perform mods in future (such as any type of forced induction) exhaust flow is extremely important

well you free up some top end. especially when you don't have a stock engine.
