4 or 5 sided grille??

I feel kinda dumb asking this lol, but I have a '91 Grand Prix coupe that needs a bumper cover. When I go to order I'm asked 4 or 5 sided grille. The only thing I cant seem to figure out if my prev. grilles were 4 or 5 sided. I drew a pic of the shape, and because the one side curves I'm not sure which it is?? Lol maybe someone can help? Heres a link to it cuz I cant figure out how to insert it...

I have a 92 Gt, and mine are five sided.
They look very close to your pic, but were you have along exagerated corner, mine is more defined into two sides.
