fuel presure regulator

hey, i got a 96 eclipse rs, and i got this aero fpr, but i dunno how to install it, i looked under the hood and have no idea where to put it

if uknow of any sites that will show where and how to mount it, let me know, i don't wanna be conned by some mechanic with excessive labor charges and it turns out to be simple

not much, i jus started and not sure what to add
but so far i got a cold air intake, cat back exhaust, 4-1 headers, spark plug wires, and plugs, coil, dats it for performance stuff

well a fuel pressure regulator isnt going to do jack...its like putting in 5 light switchs to turn on one light...if you get a aftermarket fuel pump then it will really help....
