Heated seat not working!

My 2001 Limited's drivers heated seat does not work. When you press the Hi/low switch you hear the unit click on and then about a second later it clicks again and then never heats. The passenger side works great. When you press the passenger Hi/low switch you hear the click from under the seat and then the seat starts to warm up.

Has anyone experieced a similiar problem or have any tips on how to correct the cold bunns problem?

I have the same problem on my 2000. I have done some trouble shooting on mine and have come to the conclusion that the heating coil in the seat is broken. I compared resistances in the left and right seats and heating element in the drivers seat is an open circuit. At some point I will have to order a new element and take the seat apart to fix it.
