b16a emissions failure
i have a jdm b16a in a 90 si and i just cant pass emmissions. well this is pissing me off quite a lot. i tried Gaurenteed To Pass gass additive and i still failed. somebody please give me a solution that will get me through delaware state emissions.

What are the emmision like and what is the max your alowed. I work at a smog station in california.
Tell me the whole read out.

almost all JDM engines will not pass emmisions. japan does not have emmisions to pass like we do...
 - wht we do in WI is register tha car up north where they dont have to pass emmisions and say it's a hunting car er whtever....
