Semi-noob,with a few questions

Hello, reason i'm semi is cause i've had cars years ago(which i never hopped up) and an just getting back into it(also for a while i was flying r/c airplanes so i've got some r/c exp.)
Anyway i just bought a traxxis bandit rtr with esc, heres the specs:

I've had it for about 24 hours and already want to get a motor with a little more punch to it, can any one recomend one? I'm new to electric, all my airplanes are nitro powered so i'm still not that versed in what to look for in a motor, also are they pretty much universal as far as bolting up to my gearbox?(please don't suggest brushless, one of the things i do know is that they are expensive!!)
Also, about the "slipper" clutch, do i have to adjust it like they recomend or can i tweak it the way i'd like, i don't really want it to slip(read...Burnouts are cool) to much traction? Wheelies maybe?(that be cool to...) I know i'd go through tires like hell but that might be worth it, will this be to damageing to the gears? kinda new to gearboxes as well.One more question: Is going full forward to immediate full reverse dangerous? I try not to do this but I know my son will/does even though I tell him not to.

Well the stock ESC or if its MSC will not handle low turn motors. So maybe a norm 27T motor will be good. Or upgrade the ESC so you can run anymotor you want to run.

As far as the slipper clutch i see no reason not to tighten it a bit. With a powerful motor you may want to leave it at stock setting, or atleast close to it.
Forward to reverse depends on teh ESC if its dangerous. If the ESC has a breaking feature, then its no problem. I think most nowadays do, but im not 100% sure

cool, thanks(no sarcasm this time!!), I don't know if i can uprade the esc right now (they seem pricey$$$)
but I just bought wheel bearings online and I'm thinking about a six pack of pinion gears from tower hobbies(I've read that fewer teeth=more torque, more teeth=higher top speed, correct???)Anyway another payday or two and I think I'll order them and experiment, Will there be that noticable of a difference? If it's not that noticable maybe I'll save my $ for a esc and motor?? any advice is greatly appreciated,

You are correct about the effects of changing pinions. It does have a noticable effect especially on electric vehicles. The description says 20T motor. That should be pretty fast...

I looked up your ESC and it does have brakes

LOL i just noticed i used the wrong kind of brake in my other post...my elementary school teacher should have taught me better

I didn't think to look up just the esc at tower(I read the info that came with the car and it really doesn't get to into the specifics of the esc) now I know I can go as low as a 17t motor if I still want more power after changing pinions,(something tells me I will, speed is a very addictive drug!)
