2003 Hyundai TiburonGT and Suggestions....

I'm not gonna pretend im knowledgable about this stuff.because im not.I've studied asian kulture for a couple years(still do) and thats what got me into street racing. Now ive drove an 86 mercury cougar for years and years and finally was able to get a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT that I would like to start modifying.

Now I live in a small town in Northern Arizona. So there isnt much of a race scene.Mainly those who have watched th emovies and buy Civics/Accords/Neons/Newer mustangs and think they are the street race king.So at the moment I dont really need to do alot preformance wise. One thing I would like to do is possibly add a twin turbo. Now I know the compartment is pretty compressed for space so adding it isnt easy.Plus I noticed on here some suggesting that supercharging is a better option for the V6.So I would like to know the pros and cons of both and what would be the best option for me.Also some suggestions on the best choices for exhaust,CIA,and upgrades for the stereo system. Also best suggestions for body kit and spoiler for that style.(I prefer larger chrome spoilers and a kit that doesnt lay too low to the ground since living in a small town not all the entrances to places are flat) Also for those who have used lights.Which looks better, the LEDS or the Neons. And any sites that may carry euro lights/clear outs for the 03 tiburon gt.I've found euro tailights but nothing for headlights.

And last.Is there a govenor cap installed on the 03 tiburon GT.Because mine has nearly reached its highest mph capacity without having ever cut out.

Sorry for all the questions.I just rather be aknowledged on whats the best to do and what not to do then be an idiot and screw up my car or get msyelf or someone else killed.Thank you for your time.

ok well first the tiburon is not limited , i beleive it is not governed. and some power websites are as follows...
www.real-engineering.com

www.nxtgenmotorsports.com

start with those let me know what else u want... if your seriously thinking of racing then dont be an idiot and take a passanger along u can hurt them but it will also just slow you down

Ok I suppose ill start with one thing at a time. From reading and researching is definetly seems for the v6 GT the way to go is Supercharge. Now in your opinion,of the few available.Whats the best supercharger kit to go with.So far ive seen the Alpine Devlopment one and then the RIPP SDS kit.Any suggestions?

ok well here is the thing you would probably be better off with the alpine because for one its been proven to be good over a long period of time and two the ripp mods one might be tooo strong and cause u to have to change a shitload of parts......

only parts needed for the sds is headers..... thats a must..

for both kits (if youre planning for alot of horse power...) get an upgraded clutch and lightened fly wheel

both kits have alchohol injection kits as options to keep temperatures down (acts as an intercooler)

The twin turbo kit is made by Axis from Korea. I think it's around $7,000. Rick from REAL Engineering has the scooop on that.

Re: 2003 Hyundai TiburonGT and Suggestions....

theres the axis TT kit as rickna stated.. but thats extremely expensive.. and 2 people i knwo are going to be running custom twin turbo set ups....

honestly if youre not familiar with turbo set ups, dont go with a turbo, get a s/c... theyre a bit more user friendly

I really appreciate everyones help so far.I just really want to do things right. So it definetly seems the s/c is the way to go for me.Wheres the best/easiest site to get the alpine s/c kit?

Ok for the next suggestions.Stereo equipment. Im considering on replacing all the speakers/subs and amp with Rockford Fosgate equipment as ive been told its quality stuff. But as far as ive seen there isnt a cd/stereo made by them.Whats the best highest wattage cd/stereo to look into? Also whats been the best sub setup it seems that works well in the tib.I have one 450 thats not hooked up right now that I took out of my old car.

Again thank you everyone thats helped so far.
