Replacing Thermostat on Durango
My check engine light was on and I took my vehicle to the dealer to get it fixed. I have a 2001 Dodge Durango 4x2.
I also had some wobbling noise in the left front side of the vehicle, which was fixed once the tires were rotated. For the checking of the "check engine" light it states on my invoice as being a charge of $250.00 Checking the suspension, bearings and all, replacing the thermostat, all added up to a total of $423.00. I am wondering if this is normal. I thought it was kind of steep. I have an extended warranty, which didn't cover anything this time around. But do to the warranty, I take the vehicle to the dealer. Please let me know what you think. Thank you. |
